What is depression? Depression is a dark heavy spirit that leaves us feeling hopeless. In Isaiah 61:3, Scripture says that God will give us: “The garment of praise in place of the spirit of heaviness...” that means that God provides a way out from this spirit of heaviness to give us truth, hope and peace.
